Booking Conditions

When you make a booking, a deposit of 50% is required for all treatments. No bookings will be taken without this. Debit Card, Credit Card and Cash are all accepted. If you have any vouchers you would like to use, please notify us when you make the booking.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice. Any bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will result in the loss of your 50% deposit. This also includes any gift vouchers that were used as part of the payment method.

An automated text will be sent the day before your appointment, though responses are not received as this is a computer generated reminder. If you fail to cancel an appointment without 24 hours notice or if you do not turn up, you will not receive a refund.

If you arrive late for an appointment, you will have a reduced treatment time. However, we do always try to be as accommodating and flexible as we can.

Payment Plans / Promotional Offers

A lot of our high end treatments are available on a payment plan, such as those over £1000. Payment plans do not include any promotions, discounts or special offers. If you are taking advantage of these, full payment is required upfront.


Vouchers will remain valid for one year from the date issued.

Health Conditions

If you have any health issues, medical conditions or allergies please let us know at the time of the booking. If you are pregnant, please let us know as this may affect your treatment.

Children Policy

Children under the age of 16 are not able to accompany you while you are having a treatment due to safety and insurance purposes. We do not have the ability to care for children and them being in our professional environment is not always safe. We also don’t want to affect any other client treatments or experiences. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
